Online Business Analyst Training

When you send business analysts to a training course, you want to make sure that your team begins implementing their new skills immediately, because the ultimate goal of requirements training is successful software projects.
Overnight, organizations have been forced into a new virtual reality. Offices are closed, conference rooms are empty, and meet-ups are cancelled. Companies are having to adapt to this new reality, and quickly. If a team of business analysts struggled defining software prior to COVID-19, the problems they were facing are most likely even more amplified now. Training is a logical next step to help teams learn new skills around defining software requirements, and ultimately, to deploy successful projects. Now, virtual training has become a necessity.
Out of the hundreds of classes out there, how do you know that you’re getting the one that will really help your teams? Is it even possible to successfully train analysts in an online format?
A Completely Different Approach
Virtual Training at Seilevel redefines the way that people (business analysts, QA and test teams, business stakeholders and others) learn about requirements. Our online training approach goes beyond traditional lectures. By using a unique, games-based approach recognized as an extraordinary learning tool, class participants stay engaged, learn more and as a result immediately start using their new and improved skills after training. Our virtual classes incorporate project-based exercises, allowing our instructor to provide coaching that will guide the participants’ successful application of their new skills beyond the online classroom.
A Class in the Life of Seilevel Online Business Analyst Training
Our Online Business Analyst training takes a traditional day-long class and breaks it up to be more consumable in a virtual environment.
Attend 3 hours of virtual training a day
- Our traditional full-day training classes are split across 3 days.
- Each day contains one session that lasts 3 hours.
- The virtual classes are still taught in the same collaborative format using our unique games-based approach.
- We utilize conferencing software to allow breakout sessions for small groups to work on exercises.
- The instructor moves between groups and aids learning just like an in-person class.
Complete individual offline exercises using your real-life projects
- At the conclusion of each virtual session, the instructor will assign participants individual offline exercises.
- Exercises may be done using hypothetical problem statements presented in training or real-life project work.
- Once submitted, the instructor will review your work and provide coaching-style feedback to enhance skills applied from training.
Review and learn in real time
- At the beginning of each subsequent virtual session, the instructor will discuss key feedback from the offline exercises from the previous class.
