We have created a new agile transformative program to help bridge and understand not only the Product Owner, but also the Business Analyst’s role in agile projects. Many common issues that occur during the agile development process can cause the team to miss commitments, thereby frustrating everyone. For instance, requirements change in mid-sprint, stakeholders expect complete scope delivered within a strict budget and timeline, and of course Product Owners just do not have enough time (the worst!). We understand that these obstacles surface at any point of the agile process, potentially jeopardizing your agile future.
To briefly explain the training program:
The first 2 days of this curriculum teaches techniques and tools to enable you to become an effective product owner that is equipped to guide product development and lead product ownership teams. The content focuses on roles in the value management team, and how they collaborate to identify the most important aspects and features of a product. You will provide guidance for technical team members who build the working product.
The 3rd day of this curriculum will show you how to combine your existing analysis skills with agile tools and techniques. Students will be better equipped to deliver value acting as or to product owners, manage all of the stakeholder wish lists and ensure your project team knows what they’re doing.
