Requirements Core Curriculum Description (3-day)
Day 1: We teach students to recognize the different types of requirements, and get an introduction to the techniques for requirements elicitation, scope management, models, and requirements review.
Day 2: We explore the advanced application of requirements models; diving deep into models development and usage techniques.
Day 3: Participants will master facilitation techniques for managing and utilizing the room, with the goal of keeping stakeholders engaged and effectively identifying the best possible requirements.
Agile Training Course Description (3-day)
Day 1-2: Teaches techniques and tools to enable you to become an effective product owner that is equipped to guide product development and lead product ownership teams. The content focuses on roles in the value management team, and how they collaborate to identify the most important aspects and features of a product. You will provide guidance for technical team members who build the working product.
Day 3: This curriculum will show you how to combine your existing analysis skills with agile tools and techniques. Students will be better equipped to deliver value acting as or to product owners, manage all of the stakeholder wish lists and ensure your project team knows what they’re doing.
